You will receive your package within 5-12 business days after placing an order. The delivery time depends on two factors: processing time and transit time. Our shipping time varies for different locations.

We typically take 1-3 business days to process your order and then ship the packages from our USA warehouses. If you live close to each city, shipping times will be faster in your province. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Once we receive the returned Item, we’ll process a refund within 3-7 business days. The funds may take an additional 3 business days to be credited to your account.

The returned items must be shipped back to our warehouses within the 30 days. Customers are responsible for the packaging and return shipping charges. We cannot accept a return that is damaged or without the original packaging.
